By accessing this mobile application, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use “Denperfect-AI Dental Scan App”, if you do not agree to take all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• “The Mobile Application” refer to “Denperfect-AI Dental Scan App”,
• “Content” means all audio, video, text, images or other content and information made available by us to you through the Mobile Application and may include content which is owned or controlled by third parties which we are permitted to make available to you through the Mobile Application.
• “Dentist, Dental Clinics” means a dental health specialist listed on the Mobile Application.
• “Dental Care Provider” means a user of the Mobile Application, who can post content onto, the Mobile Application. This includes the provider who has access to their Mobile Application account, their staff or associated users of their Mobile Application account.
• “Terms of Use” means these terms of use together with any documents referred to in it.
• “User, you or your” means any person who uses the App, including those who book an appointment with a Dentist or Dental Clinics using the App, Dentist or Dental Clinics who post content on the mobile application.
- Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms of Use.
- A person includes a natural person, corporate or unincorporated body (whether or not having separate legal personality).
- Any obligation on a party not to do something includes an obligation not to allow that thing to be done and an obligation to use best endeavours to prevent that thing being done by another person.
- Any words following the terms including include for example, or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.
- AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the Mobile Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer notice, and any other agreements. In this context, the terms “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual accessing the Mobile Application and who complies with the company’s terms and conditions. On the other hand, “The Company,” “The App,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our company, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile application, or similar connection (collectively referred to as the “Mobile Application”). The terms “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and us. All terms mentioned above relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required for aiding the client in the most suitable manner to meet their specific needs and as stated by the company`s services, in accordance with the prevailing laws of England and Wales.
By accessing the Mobile Application, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, it is expressly prohibited to use the Mobile application, so please discontinue use immediately and uninstall the app.
Additional terms and conditions or supplementary documents that may be published on the Mobile Application from time to time are explicitly included and considered part of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
We may periodically make changes to this Policy as we update or expand our Services. - GENERAL TERMS
The purpose of this mobile application is to provide informative content about dental health. The mobile application has the function of scanning the user’s face and teeth for subsequent demonstration of possible dental conditions and hypothetical problems, such as: crooked teeth, gum disease, the presence of decaying, discoloration etc.
The data provided in the mobile application does not constitute a recommendation. The information is provided for informational purposes only and is generated by artificial intelligence. The Mobile Application is an AI-powered informational tool, it is not a diagnostic tool, treatment platform, or a substitute for a professional advice. Dentists using the app should exercise their own critical judgement and verify information from authoritative resources before making any critical decisions. By using this mobile application, you agree to refrain from utilizing it for any illegal, inappropriate, or unauthorized purposes or activities.
2.1 Our Mobile Application Services and Accessing the Mobile Application
The Mobile Application allows you to search for Dentist or Dental Clinics on the Mobile Application by specialism and practice, location or to schedule appointments with a Dentist or Dental Clinics. You may also have an access Dentist or Dental Clinics’ general information such as their practice’s location and ratings.
2.2 Bookings with a Dentist or Dental Clinics
The Content on information is provided for general information only. The Content provided on The Mobile Application about the Dentist or Dental Clinics have either been obtained by the Mobile Application from generally available public records and databases, written by the Mobile Application from publicly available information and databases, or has been submitted to us by Dentist or Dental Clinics.
The Mobile Application requires Dentist or Dental Clinics:
• to ensure that any Content the Dentist or Dental Clinics provide to us is accurate, complete and truthful.
• to use reasonable efforts to update the Content on the Mobile Application; and
• to ensure that Dentist or Dental Clinics who participate on the Mobile Application hold active licenses as required by law to practice the specialities of the services offered by them.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mobile Application makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the Content on our App is accurate, complete or up to date. Further, we make no claim as to any Dentist or Dental Clinics’ professional qualifications, expertise, eligibility, quality of work, price or cost information, insurance coverage or insurance fee assurance, benefit information or other Content. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any such Content. Furthermore, we do not in any way endorse or recommend any Dentist or Dental Clinics, procedures, opinions or other information or Content listed or accessible through the Mobile Application.
It is the sole responsibility of the Dentist or Dental Clinics to be eligible and capable of providing the appropriate medical advice, treatment, assistance or procedure.
You are ultimately responsible for choosing your own Dentist or Dental Clinic. Any arrangement, booking or contract for the provision of medical advice, assistance, diagnosis, treatment or procedure with any Dentist or Dental Clinics listed on the Mobile Application is made directly between you and the Dentist or Dental Clinics and the Mobile Application is not a party to such arrangement, booking or contract. You acknowledge and agree that any complaint, grievance or any claim you may have that is in any way connected with a Dentist or Dental Clinics’ practice must be addressed and/or brought directly against the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ practice and not against the Mobile Application.
Please note that the Content on the Mobile Application is provided solely for your information, and you use the Mobile Application at your own risk. The Content does not provide you with any advice or recommendation of any kind and must never be used as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, assistance or treatment or procedure. Nothing stated or posted on the Mobile Application is intended to be and must not be taken to be the practice of medicine or other professional healthcare advice or the provision of medical care. Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider based on what you have read on the Mobile Application and do not use the Mobile Application for emergency medical care or needs. In a medical emergency, immediately contact the emergency services.
Dentist or Dental Clinics listed on the Mobile Application with whom you may book appointments, enter contracts with us, and may pay us a fee to be marketed through the Mobile Application. We will provide you with Content about the Dentist or Dental Clinics who may be suitable to provide the medical advice you seek based on information that you provide to us such as geographical location and dental specialty. In an effort to assist you in locating a Dentist or Dental Clinics and to enable the maximum choice and diversity of the Dentist or Dental Clinics participating in the services provided on the Mobile Application, your search results may also be based on other criteria (including, but not limited to, Dentist or Dental Clinics’ availability, past selections by Users or ratings of Dentist or Dental Clinics by you or other Users and past experiences of Users with Dentist or Dental Clinics). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mobile Application does not receive any additional fees from the Dentist or Dental Clinics for featuring them for a higher or better placement on the search results on the Mobile Application.
You remain liable for any fees or costs or other liabilities that you incur with a Dentist or Dental Clinics. If, after you have booked an appointment with the Dentist or Dental Clinics and, for whatever reason you fail to turn up to the appointment and/or you cancel the appointment, then you may be liable to any charges and/or penalties that the Dentist or Dental Clinics may impose. We encourage you to read all the terms and conditions of the relevant Dentist or Dental Clinics provision of services prior to booking.
Where you book an appointment with a Dentist or Dental Clinic through a third party rather than the mobile application, we may hold your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, further, such third party may have access and hold your data in accordance with their privacy policy. We encourage you to read the other terms and conditions (including privacy policies) of third-party websites and mobile applications before using their services.
2.3 Special Terms for Dentist or Dental Clinics
The Dentist or Dental Clinics represents and warrants that in relation to their profile Content:
• The Content submitted is true, accurate and reflects the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ capabilities in providing the services listed in the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ profile.
• The Dentist or Dental Clinics is appropriately qualified, insured and capable of providing the appropriate medical advice, diagnosis, assistance, treatment or procedure;
the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ practice have obtained and shall continue
• To hold all rights, permission and consents to enable the Mobile Application to use the Content and intellectual property rights in it in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• Users are solely responsible for their user-generated content, including media and external links, they post on our platform. We do not validate or endorse health-related content, which should be educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Users must ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. By posting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content. Users agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from their content. We reserve the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.
The Dentist or Dental Clinics’ practice grants to the Mobile Application, its agents and service providers for the entire time the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ profile appears on the Mobile Application a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence for the purpose of:
• Providing and maintaining the Mobile Application.
• Displaying the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ profile by any means and across any media whether now known or invented after the date of publication of the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ profile, in any products, services and information provided by the Mobile Application; and
• marketing, research and promotional activities.
• The rights hereby granted shall include the right to link the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ profile to, or to present it in, conjunction with, other material.
We may:
• disclose to such persons as we reasonably consider to be the owner of the intellectual property in the Content, the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ intention to use such intellectual property right and the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ practice give irrevocable consent to such disclosure; and
• ask the Dentist or Dental Clinics to provide us with suitable documentary evidence such as General Dental Council and Care Quality Commission registration number that will reasonably satisfy us of the Dentist or Dental Clinics’ entitlement to make use of the intellectual property right in the Content and to permit us to make use of such intellectual property rights and the Dentist or Dental Clinics agree to provide such evidence upon request.
The Dentist or Dental Clinics shall make sure that its officers, employees, agents and service providers shall:
• at all times comply with all anti-corruption laws applicable to them, including without limitation the Bribery Act 2010; and
• not directly or indirectly offer, promise or give (or agree to offer, promise or give) any financial or other advantage with respect to any matters which are the subject of the contract between the Dentist or Dental Clinics and us and/or to obtain any benefit for us which would violate any anti-corruption laws applicable to the Dentist or Dental Clinics or us.
If the Dentist or Dental Clinics become aware of any breach or suspected breach of Bribery Act 2010, the Dentist or Dental Clinics must notify us immediately. We may immediately suspend operation of the contract between the Dentist or Dental Clinics and us on without notice. Dentist or Dental Clinics must assist us in any such investigation.
If in our sole discretion we determine that the Dentist or Dental Clinics have breached Bribery Act 2010;
• We may immediately terminate the contract between the Dentist or Dental Clinics without giving the Dentist or Dental Clinics notice; and
• The Dentist or Dental Clinics shall indemnify us and hold us harmless on demand against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, awards, compensation costs (including legal costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis), expenses, damages, losses, fines, fees, costs and other liabilities of whatsoever nature brought against us arising out of or in connection with such breach.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE MOBILE APPLICATION
To download, install, access or use the Mobile Application, you must be eighteen (17) years of age or older. If you are under 17 years of age, please stop using the Mobile Application immediately. Any person under the age of thirteen (13) years is not permitted to download, install, access or use the Mobile Application.
If you are under 17 years of age and would like to use the Mobile Application, please ask your parent or guardian to contact us and carefully review these terms of use for the mobile application. By affirming this agreement, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or an emancipated minor or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian and are fully capable and competent to understand and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties made in this agreement.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Your access and use of the Mobile Application should be limited to its intended purpose. The Mobile Application may not be utilized for any commercial activities unless specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user, you are agreeing not to:
- Extract data or content from the Mobile Application in a systematic manner, with the intention of creating a collection, compilation, database, or directory without obtaining written permission from us.
- Engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activities towards us or other users, especially in attempts to obtain sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Circumvent or disrupt security features of the Mobile Application, including those intended to prevent the unauthorized use, copying, or access of any content or enforce limitations on the application’s usage and the content contained within.
- Download, edit, or use the media and information content displayed within the mobile application without proper authorization.
- Engage in any activities that may disparage, harm, or tarnish our reputation, as determined by us and/or the App.
- Abuse our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Misuse the Mobile Application, violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful materials that disrupt the uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Mobile Application, or modify, impair, disrupt, alter, or interfere with the Mobile Application’s use, features, functions, operation, digital assets or maintenance. This includes avoiding excessive use of capital letters, spamming (repetitive posting of text), or any other activities that disturb the Mobile Application’s normal operation.
- Copy or adapt the Mobile Application’s software, including PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or any other code, is strictly prohibited unless permitted by applicable law. Additionally, deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the Mobile Application’s software, except as allowed by applicable law, is forbidden.
- Unauthorized use of the Mobile Application includes collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users through electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, as well as creating user accounts through automated means or false pretences.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Mobile Application will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and using the Mobile Application, you confirm and guarantee the following:
You possess the legal capacity to do so, and you consent to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- You will not employ automated or non-human methods, such as bots, scripts, or any other means, to access the Mobile Application.
- You will refrain from using the Mobile Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Your use of the Mobile Application shall remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You own a compatible mobile phone or tablet and have internet access.
- You understand that “Denperfect-AI Dental Scan App” relies on internet and mobile networks, hence the quality and availability of the service may be impacted by factors beyond our reasonable control.
If you provide any false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny your access to the Mobile Application or any of its features.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Unless specified otherwise, the Mobile Application is our exclusive property. This includes source code, databases, functionality, software, Mobile Application designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively referred to as the “Content”), as well as any trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) featured on the Mobile Application. We either own or possess control over these aspects, or they have been licensed to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws, international copyright laws, international conventions, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the England and Wales.
The Content and Marks provided on the Mobile Application are made available to you for personal use and informational purposes only. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Mobile Application, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or utilized in any way for commercial purposes without obtaining our express prior written permission.
If you meet the eligibility requirements to use the Mobile Application, you are granted a limited license to access and utilize the Mobile Application. Additionally, you may download or print a portion of the Content for personal, non-commercial use, if you acquired access to this content lawfully. We reserve all other rights in and to the Mobile Application, Content, and Marks that are not expressly granted to you.
The Mobile Application is intended only for your personal non-commercial use. You shall use the Mobile Application only for the purposes mentioned above.
The Mobile Application and its contents, including works, individualizations, and functionalities, are the exclusive property of Denpedia Limited, our partners, contracted third parties, and/or media content owners. These are protected by both international and national legal provisions. Note that these rights are not transferred to you as part of this license agreement.
We want to clarify that the illustrative materials, such as pictures, photographs, vector illustrations, and videos, found within the mobile application, are obtained from public Internet sources, including search engines like Google. Additionally, some content is generated using neural networks and artificial intelligence. It is essential to recognize that we are not held responsible for the content presented in these illustrations.
Let it be clear that we do not claim authorship or exclusive rights to individual photographic materials. The exclusive rights to media content always belong to the authors and the original source where it was initially posted.
Furthermore, any accompanying text or introductory materials provided in addition to the illustrative content within this mobile application are generated by artificial intelligence tools and software, such as Claude.ai. Under no circumstances should this content be taken as recommendations, calls to action or inaction, or presumed to be true. It is purely provided to the end users of the mobile application for informational and demonstration purposes only.
To protect and restore our rights, we will take legal action against any unauthorized use of our trademarks, names, or symbols. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. The names of other products and companies mentioned may also be the trademarks of their respective owners.
- USER GENERATED CONTENT
By using the mobile application, you retain ownership rights of all the images you create and upload as user generated content. However, you do grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and irrevocable license and right to store, reproduce, and distribute your user generated content within the mobile application for display purposes. This includes the ability to process and modify the user generated content to enhance the mobile application functionality, as well as integrate it into larger works such as maps.
By uploading user generated content to the mobile application, you grant us a license and right to utilize the content without any requirement for payment to you or any third party. Furthermore, you agree not to pursue any legal action or seek compensation for the copyright of the user generated content. Lastly, by uploading user generated content, you confirm that you do not expect your name to be credited or associated with the content.
It is important to note that only the end users of the mobile application are responsible for the photos and videos provided for scanning. Ensure that your personal information and any sensitive or confidential data are not included in the media you provide. We explicitly state that we are not accountable for the media content uploaded by end users of the mobile application.
Please note that we do not use, publish and/or sell media content provided by the end users for scanning purposes. All materials provided by the end users are used only to improve the stability and operation of the mobile application algorithm and object recognition purposes. All user’s media content is stored at cloud storage systems for indefinite time of the completion of the scan and is only used to train the neural network running on the mobile app.
By agreeing to this, you also acknowledge that User Generated Content must not include any personally identifiable information (e.g. images of human faces or body parts, pictures that show one’s identity or location, and documents with personal identifiers).
Content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or immoral, or is not suitable for the Mobile Application, will be blocked without any warning and no option to restore it.
- PAYMENT AND PURCHASES
The Mobile Application is provided on a free basis. Once you download the Mobile Application, you’ll have access to its basic features.
To access certain services and/or additional features within the Mobile Application (“Pro options“), a subscription payment is required. A comprehensive list of the Pro options and their respective prices can be found on the Mobile Application’s page. We also offer a free option for the basic features only, allowing you to test them out.
Please be aware that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to current period’s end.
The Mobile Application’s page contains an information section that displays the prices of various subscription options in U.K. Pounds. Prices may differ outside the U.K. When you sign up, the subscription screen will provide you with the details of your chosen plan, including the durations and price per period, before you proceed with the purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or amend our subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to its expiration. You have the option to turn off the auto-renew feature for yourGoogle Play /Apple App Store Account at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your Google Play /Apple App Store will be charged at the time of purchase.
Please note that you are unable to cancel your current subscription during its active period. You maintain full control over your subscriptions. It is important to remember that deleting the Mobile Application from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
Please note that we are not responsible for your subscriptions’ payments, since all the payment issues are handled by Google Play /Apple App Store only. If you have any questions about the payment, please contact Google Play /Apple App Store Support services.
- MANAGEMENT OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION
We have the right, though not the obligation, to:
(1) Monitor the mobile application to identify any violations of these terms and conditions.
(2) Take appropriate legal action against individuals who, in our sole discretion, violate the law or these terms of use. This may include reporting such users to law enforcement authorities.
(3) Make decisions, at our sole discretion and without limitations, to refuse, restrict, or limit the availability of any of your contributions or any part thereof. We may also disable them if technically possible.
(4) Take necessary measures, at our sole discretion and without limitations, to remove or disable any files and content that are excessively large or cause burdens to our systems. This will be done without prior notice or liability.
(5) Administer the mobile application in a manner that protects our rights and property and ensures its proper functioning.
- NEWSLETTERS
Users who have registered with the Mobile Application (signed in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft) or provided an email address are subscribed to our newsletters. These emails are sent to keep you informed of the latest news, provide useful dental care articles, and inform you of upcoming discounts on the Mobile Application subscriptions. You can follow the link in the emails to leave feedback about the Mobile Application and learn of any upcoming downtime intervals. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link in the emails. All content in the newsletters is owned by Denpedia Limited and is provided to you as part of the Mobile Application Services. This content can only be used and shared for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- TERM AND TERMINATION
These terms of use will remain valid and effective while you access and use the mobile application. However, we have the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access and use of the mobile application to individuals for any reason or no reason. This includes the ability to block certain Ip addresses. Such actions can be taken if someone breaches any representation, warranty, covenant stated in these terms of use, or any applicable law or regulation. We also hold the authority to terminate your use or participation in the mobile application and delete any content or information you have posted at any time and without prior warning, based on our sole discretion.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are not permitted to register or create a new account using your name, a false name, or the name of any third party, even if you are acting on behalf of that third party. Alongside terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.
12. USER DATA
We will retain specific data that you send to the Mobile Application to effectively operate and manage its performance. This includes data related to your use of the Mobile Application. While we conduct regular backups of data, you are solely responsible for all the data you transmit or that relates to any activities you perform using the Mobile Application. By using the Mobile Application, you agree that we shall not be held liable for any loss or corruption of such data. Additionally, you waive any right to take legal action against us in relation to any loss or corruption of data.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. the parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually.
No representations are made that the mobile application is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the mobile application from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
14. MODIFICATIONS, INTERRUPTIONS AND CORRECTIONS
We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or remove any content within the Mobile Application without notice or obligation to update the information. We may also decide, at any time, to modify or discontinue all or part of the Mobile Application without prior notice. You acknowledge that we shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, or suspensions of the Mobile Application.
